Partnership Audit Tool for supporting and sustaining genuine inter-agency partnerships

SNAICC has developed a new Partnership Audit Tool to support inter-agency partnerships in service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

The Audit Tool is a conversation-starting and relationship-building resource that can assist you to monitor partnership progress, identify issues and work to strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous agencies.

The resource is targeted to strengthen partnerships in key domains that are essential to good practice, including:

  • relationship development;
  • community and organisational capacity building;
  • cultural competence; and
  • process, governance and accountability.

The Partnership Audit Tool is the first component in a new training package to be released over the next month, entitled Creating Change through Partnerships: Supporting and sustaining genuine inter-agency partnerships in service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
